Clanker VADUGWI Engine – Binary License Agreement

Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Clanker VADUGWI Engine binary (“the Software”) for the following purposes:

• Integration into your own software projects
• Research and development
• Personal and internal business use

Conditions

1. No redistribution. You may not distribute, share, upload, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party without written permission from the Licensor.

2. No reverse engineering. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Software.

3. No sublicensing. You may not grant rights to the Software to any third party.

4. Attribution required. Any project, paper, or product that uses the Software must cite:

5. No competing product. You may not use the Software to create a standalone emotional scoring product or service that competes directly with the Clanker engine or its API.

6. Output is yours. The VADUGWI scores and metadata produced by the Software belong to you. You may use, store, publish, or distribute the output freely.

What you CAN do

• Use the binary in your agent, game, app, or research
• Build personality profiles and custom configurations on top of it
• Publish results and benchmarks that include VADUGWI scores
• Integrate the local API server into your pipeline
• Use the output commercially

What you CANNOT do

• Share the binary file with anyone
• Try to extract the source code
• Sell access to the binary itself
• Claim you built the engine

Termination

This license is revocable. The Licensor may terminate it at any time for any reason with written notice. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software.
